Always pleasant but check car

I often rent in Florence from Sicily by car. They are always pleasant and professional. However, as they remind you, you must always check the car for damage compared to what is written-does not always match. Very easy to correct but must do before you leave.

Best rental experience in Florence

Despite being alone and busy the man who served me was friendly, professional and competent. I rent often in FLR airport but this was the best experience.

Obviously, there is a spillover. I suppose this was mostly Dollar's fault, but right now, I hate both companies just about the same for this.
