A very good welcome, a new and friendly car .... All the quality that one can expect from a great sign worthy of the name!

Very kind and helpful person at front desk

We were welcomed by a very nice person at the front desk and as far as the car we chose in the category was no available, he did upgrade us with same category price.

Obviously, there is a spillover

Obviously, there is a spillover. I suppose this was mostly Dollar's fault, but right now, I hate both companies just about the same for this.

Everything was very good except

Everything was very good except the lack of information about the late pick-up option (I had to find it out myself on centauro website).
