How long it takes to unblock the deposit?
There is a security deposit blocked on your credit card meanwhile the rental. It will be unblocked on the safe return of the car. In case of any damages caused during your car rental period, a certain amount can be discounted from your deposit. The amount of blocked security deposit may last up to 20 working days to appear back on your credit card. This process totally depends on the banks involved. If 20 days passed and you still not see the security deposit amount at your account we recommend contacting car rental agency direct.
Can I travel with my pet?
Traveling with your pet is not allowed, unfortunately. This is a general rule for all car rental companies. This regulation is mainly provided in order to make your travel safe and keep our cars as clean as possible. Pets, as we know leave hackles on the upholstering which can be difficult to remove. In many countries, there are special law and safety procedures regarding travel with animals. Special cages or seatbelts that rental car companies do not provide are necessary to transport animals.
What happens if I bring my rental car back late?
During the reservation process, you will be asked to choose exact drop off time. In case that you will be late and fail to return the car at the indicated time, you should urgently contact the local car rental agency. The calculation of our rental day is based on 24 hours and an additional charge can be added to your bill for returning the car after the indicated time. Late drop off is possible but it depends on the local supplier and their opening hours. If you have any delay, please contact the local supplier. Some local offices close at a certain time, so it is essential to advise them. There are not obligated to keep the car. To avoid surprises and unexpected extra costs please check the terms and conditions.
Where I am supposed to pick up my rental car?
When you make a reservation on our website, you will have to choose the location where you wish to pick up your car. To find your location it is enough to type the three first letters of it. Then you will see all our offices available in the particular location. As soon as you choose the place of car pick up you can click at selected car picture in order to check the exact address of the local office. When your reservation is confirmed by the local agency we sent the rental confirmation voucher to your e-mail address. On the voucher, you will find all necessary information regarding your pick up a location. Like the exact address and telephone number. In case that you cannot find the local rental car office on arrival, please call the number provided on the voucher.
Can I rent a car in one location and drop it in another in Milan?
Yes, ONE WAY RENTALS are possible. It means you pick up your rented car in one location and drop it off in a different one. In order to see the possibility, please check our website and enter a different location for the drop-off. In some cases, you can also choose a different country to drop off the car. The local supplier needs to bring the car back to the original destination. Therefore, they will charge you an extra fee on arrival. Some rental car agencies do have the ONE WAY fee included in the rental price. Others will charge is as an extra on arrival. We always recommend checking terms and conditions for the selected agency to see if it is included or not.
