Check the car carefully before leaving.

Hertz staff gave me paperwork that Car is spot on, there is no damage.When we checked the car before leaving there were big scratches through out the car.We called them and showed them all.Then they rectify their paperwork. If we would't check we will be ending paying them thousands of euros for damages.

System worked well

Our experience was good. Long cue to pick up car at airport (Not Rentalcar's fault) and our 'allotted car' was not avauilable, so we were upgraded to a C4 Grand Picasso instead of Renault Scenic - actually worked in our favour.When assistance was required to sort queries and get info, the Rentalcars helplines etc were good and phone app was also useful.Saved over $500 in going through Rentalcars rather than direct through Avis. Thanks

Linate Airport

I know it is not under your control, but the fact that there are no luggage carts/trolleys at Linate airport car rental area - and that this is a deliberate choice - is ridiculous. I am a regular traveller to Italy, but when with family, with two small children, their car seats, pushchairs and luggage for four people, this is completely unacceptable. We will no longer travel through this airport when we are travelling as a family.

Easy and cheap to book through rentalcargroup

I booked 6 month ahead of time and got the cheap offer for a car for 9 pass, we got exactly what we ordered, the rental company were very flexible and with good costumer services, I would defiantly use this site for future trips

Car Hire Company

We were given a different car to the one requested. Reception at Hertz was very hurried and no one was available to give basic instructions on an unfamiliar car. Otherwise the vehicle was satisfactory..
